Computrac Analysis instruments for identification and determination of moisture in liquids and solids excel through their maximum precision combined with robust and solid construction. Two product lines are available which differ in their general measurement principle. The „MAX®“ line is based on thermogravimetry („Loss on Drying“) where a weight difference after heating determines moisture content, whereas the „VaporPro®“ line measures the precise moisture content via a defined extraction of a carrier gas (dried air). CompuTrac Instruments are used in many areas such as plastics, pharmceutical, chemical and food industries for moisture content analysis in powders, tablets, freeze-dried products, granulates, plastic products, paints and coatings and many more. |

Computrac® VaporPro® Replaces elaborate Karl-Fischer-Titration The Computrac® VaporPro® is the ideal replacement for an elaborate Karl-Fischer-Titration. Without the use of chemicals the VaporPro® is environmentally friendly, easy to use and has low operating costs. In contrast to thermogravimetric analysis the principle of measurement using a humidity sensor also allows analysis of volatile compounds (solvents). The VaporPro® is also ideal where emphasis is placed on high precision or small sample sizes.

Computrac® VaporPro Rx® Designed specifically to Test Lyophilized Materials! The Computrac® VaporPro Rx® is the model from the VaporPro® series specifically designed to test lyophilized materials! Analysis is performed on the sealed vials that are brought into the system fully automated. The VaporPro Rx® provides reliable assistance when determining moisture content of lyophilized materials, due to its precision in the lower humidity range and the fact that no noxious catalysts or special glas containers are required.

Computrac® VaporPro Fx® Moisture analysis of oil in as little as 3 minutes The Computrac® VaporPro Fx® is the model from the VaporPro® series for analysis of moisture content in oil. Tests finish in as few as 3 minutes and results display in percent, parts per million, or micrograms moisture, with an accuracy of 10ppm and better. Chemical free means no toxic reagents that could require hazardous procedures and expensive disposal.
