Micropack (MPRF) - Temperature wireless data logger
To have an influence on product quality, you need to be able to control certain processes. The best way to do this is to have data available in real time. From freezing, cooling and normal temperature monitoring to pasteurization, EtO sterilization and depyrogenation:
MPRF temperature wireless loggers provide the most accurate data over a temperature range from -80 ºC through 121.1 °C and 135 °C up to +400 ºC with remarkable simplicity. This facilitates process monitoring in a wide range of applications and industries.

Improve your quality
The MPRF data loggers provide high-precision data to help you optimize your manufacturing processes, whether in pharmaceutical, food or other industries. The closer the sensor is to the product, the more accurate and valuable the data obtained is, especially when it is available in real time. For optimum accuracy and process validation, our encapsulated data loggers can be placed in a variety of packages (e.g. in an ethylene oxide test package during sterilization). The internal probe and low operating voltage make the devices intrinsically safe for use in hazardous areas.
Improve your productivity
The compact dimensions of the MPRF wireless temperature loggers and the intuitive and easy-to-use software allow simple integration into your process and noticeably increase your productivity. No other temperature monitoring system gives you more flexibility.
Save time and money
DataTrace offers a comprehensive solution with its encapsulated MPRF wireless loggers - with minimal training time. Infrared communication and batch programming/readout of the loggers make data collection quick and easy. MPRF data loggers offer an integrated concept that can be expanded to facilitate the recording of multiple measured variables. DataTrace's intuitive and data-secure DT Pro software is at the heart of this, unsurpassed in flexibility and ease of use.

The new Armor protective housing for MPRF DataTrace data loggers!
The new DataTrace Armor protective housing from Mesa is a robust, heat-resistant housing for all MPRF DataTrace data loggers. Each of these housings not only protects the electronics of the logger inside, but also provides easier placement of the logger probe in the product and better positioning of the logger within the process.
Under extreme environmental conditions, additional considerations must be taken into account to protect the data logger housing and ensure the transmission of data. Especially to protect your high-quality instrument from the extreme conditions in manufacturing processes, there is now this DataTrace Armor protective housing, in which your MPRF temperature loggers are fitted precisely and which offers further advantages that make the use of the loggers even more practical.
