Mounting options for Tecnosoft validation loggers
The success of the pasteurization and sterilization process is verified when the probe is correctly positioned in the core of the product. It is also very important that the probes are correctly positioned in the hot/cold spot, depending on the process. Tecnosoft has different fixing systems to position the logger and insert the probes in any type of food packaging.
Fixing for external probes in closed packages
Applicable for cans, jars, metal lids, bottle caps or any other container. The probes can be depth-adjustably inserted inside the containers and precisely adjusted to the core of the product. This allows you to validate different types of products and packaging with a single logger.

Mounting base and adhesive rubber
Options for internal mounting of loggers in jars, jars, bottles, flacons and other types of packaging. With different length spacers (10 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm) and high temperature resistant rubber, multiple types of products and packaging can be validated with just one logger.
