Thermocouple loggers for extreme conditions
The Vaisala DL1700 series of thermocouple data loggers enable high-precision temperature recording. They are ideal for the most demanding applications with extreme temperatures from -240 °C to 1,760 °C, for example for measurements in liquid nitrogen (LN2), ovens and sterilization chambers.
Features
- Single or multi-channel models record temperatures between -240 °C and +1,760 °C
- For J, K, T, E, R and S type thermocouples
- High-resistance inputs allow use with long or thin probes
- With automatic cold junction compensation
- With internal memory and battery life of up to 10 years
- No need to program or enter complicated equations
- High-precision replacement for bulky data recording systems
- Traceable calibration including certificate
Application of the DL1700 data logger
With the DL1700 you get reliable and highly accurate temperature data in the range from -240 °C to +1,760 °C. It was specially developed for extreme temperatures and measurement in ovens, sterilization chambers and liquid nitrogen (LN2).
The compact data logger is easy to use: you can connect up to five thermocouples of types J, K, T, E, E, R and S to the data logger without the need for programming.
We offer models for both validated and non-validated applications. Choose the DL1700 VL for GxP compliant applications and the DL1700 SP for non-validated applications.
Software for the DL1700
You have the choice of integrating the thermocouple data logger into the viewLinc monitoring system with real-time alarm notifications or reading it manually with the vLog software. The vLog software is a straightforward solution for validation or mapping applications.
In both cases, reports can be customized and saved as Excel or PDF files. This creates data sets that meet the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11.
