Vaisala's software solutions enable communication with the appropriate data loggers. The viewLinc software is available for centralized monitoring of one or more locations and can be easily integrated into your existing network. The (validatable) vLog software is suitable for manual configuration and evaluation of individual data loggers.
Each software has its own area of application and can be operated independently of each other. When studying the possibilities, you will realize that the Vaisala software options leave hardly anything to be desired.
viewLinc - Monitoring & alerting software
The viewLinc software is the center of the viewLinc monitoring system. With monitoring, alarming and reporting functions, it enables continuous monitoring of temperature, humidity and other measured variables.

vLogSP - Standard data logger software
Vaisala's vLogSP software is a powerful, easy-to-use software for configuring and reading Vaisala SP Series data loggers. Data can be displayed, analyzed, graphically processed and printed.

OPC - Vaisala OPC Server
The Vaisala OPC Server software gives the user the ability to communicate the values from the data loggers with any other OPC-compatible monitoring system. Data can be read and processed in real time by the user's own software without affecting the data stored in the data logger.
This means that the user is free to decide whether to address the Vaisala data loggers via the Vaisala monitoring software or to use a monitoring system that is already integrated and known in the company.
Spectrum API - Software API
With the "Windows Application Programming Interface", WinAPI or API for short, experienced users can directly access Vaisala data loggers via a variety of standard programs (Microsoft Excel, Access, Visual Basic, C/C++, LabView, etc.) or individual applications that operate under Windows 95/98/2000/XP and Windows NT 4.0.
