Starting with version 2.5r19, LogTag® Analyzer is compatible with Windows 10, however on 64-bit versions the native mail application will not work with the "Send mail" and "Request Help" functions of the LogTag® Analyzer Application. If you need this functionality you will need to install a 32-bit mail client such as Windows Live Mail 2012, which is available as a free download from Microsoft®.

You also need to make sure you install LogTag® Analyzer before you plug in any of the interfaces, as the required drivers are not available from Windows Update yet. If LogTag®Analyzer does not recognise your interface cradles, please unplug them and run the USB Interface Cradle Driver Installation utility, which is available from the "LogTag Recorders" folder in the "All Apps" section of the Start Menu.
