ST cooling incubators - the economical solution for laboratories
Cooling incubators (ST) offer a cost-effective solution for laboratories that carry out a high number of examinations and tests where samples need to be incubated precisely at a stable temperature between +3 °C and +70 °C. Thanks to integrated heating and cooling systems, samples can be stored above or below ambient temperature regardless of the environment.
Common applications include stability testing with high temperature accuracy and the storage of vaccines and medicines. Particularly in environments without air conditioning, where the air temperature rises sharply in summer, the cabinets offer an optimum solution for storing medicines at +18 °C to +20 °C.
The ST cooled incubators are available in several versions:
- 3-chamber versions (model ST 1/1/1) and 2-chamber versions (models ST 1/1, ST 2/2, ST 3/2), where each chamber is controlled independently. This saves space in the laboratory and enables tests at different temperatures.
- Mixed versions: Combinations such as thermostatic oven and laboratory refrigerator or thermostatic oven and freezer, with chambers also controlled separately.
The ST models are available with either the Smart or Smart Pro control system.
IL cooled incubators - ideal for microbiological tests
Cooled incubators are ideal for incubating samples in a stable environment at temperatures from -10 °C to +100 °C, regardless of the ambient conditions. They are ideal for microbiological tests and other applications that require precise temperature control.
They are equipped with either Smart or Smart PRO controllers, which allow you to program time-temperature profiles, perform incubations at different temperatures and simulate the processes that occur when the sample temperature changes
The devices manufactured by POL-EKO have a double door with a lock and an access opening for the use of an external sensor mounted on the side wall. The inside of the chamber is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, which ensures easy cleaning and is particularly durable.
ILP incubators with Peltier technology - efficient and environmentally friendly
The most important advantages of incubators with ILP Peltier technology:
- Vibration-free - the use of Peltier cells completely eliminates vibrations previously generated by the compressor.
- High temperature stability - the Peltier-based cooling system ensures minimal temperature fluctuations and rapid recovery of the set temperature, for example after opening the door.
- Compact design - the cooling system with Peltier technology reduces the size of the appliance and its weight.
- Environmentally friendly - the absence of compressors eliminates the use of refrigerant gases, which have a negative impact on the environment.
Laboratory incubators for the accurate heating of your samples
Laboratory incubators are specially designed for heating samples and have a heating system only (without a cooling system). These devices maintain a constant temperature of 5 °C above ambient temperature up to a maximum of 100 °C, ideal for proper testing under controlled temperature conditions.
CL laboratory incubators are available with a double door (solid outside, glass inside). Optionally, the outer door can be fitted with a viewing window to allow observation of the samples. All doors are locked to ensure the safety of the samples. The housing can be powder-coated or made of stainless steel.
POL-EKO laboratory incubators are equipped with a LAN and USB port for efficient data transfer and feature a microprocessor-controlled, large color display available in Smart and Smart PRO versions.
POL-EKO laboratory indicators are available in 2 versions:
- Laboratory incubators with natural air circulation are available in sizes from 15 to 245 liters. These devices are particularly suitable for sensitive materials that could lose moisture too quickly through forced air circulation.
- Laboratory incubators with forced air circulation are available in 9 models from 15 to 1005 liters. The fans installed in the chamber ensure an even temperature distribution and minimize temperature fluctuations.
CO2 incubators for optimal cell growth and tissue cultures
The CO2 incubators were developed to create optimum conditions for cell growth and tissue culture. Thanks to exact temperature control, controlled humidity and precise CO2 concentration, they offer ideal conditions for laboratories that rely on cell and tissue cultures.
Main features of the CO2 incubators ILC 180/260 SMART PRO:
- Hot air sterilization up to 180 °C guarantees a sterile environment before each new test run.
- Fanless design minimizes the risk of sample contamination.
- Round inner edges facilitate cleaning of the chamber and ensure maximum hygiene.
- Glass door for visual inspection of samples without compromising internal conditions.
CO2 incubators are important for biological, medical and scientific laboratories as they allow the control of temperature, CO2 and humidity for the cultivation of cells, tissues or embryos.
The right environmental parameters in the incubators are crucial for maintaining the health and functionality of the cultured cells and thus for the success of scientific experiments.
In laboratory applications, CO2 incubators are used in various fields such as molecular biology, genetics, microbiology and regenerative medicine. In research into new drugs, for example, CO2 incubators are used to cultivate cancer cells in order to test potential cancer drugs. In regenerative medicine, CO2 incubators are used for the cultivation of stem cells that can later be used in regenerative therapies.
An important aspect of working with a CO2 incubator is maintaining sterility inside the device to prevent contamination of the cultures by bacteria, fungi or viruses. Therefore, CO2 incubators are equipped with various disinfection systems, such as UV irradiation, air filtration or heating systems, to maintain the purity of the culture environment.
In summary, CO2 incubators are indispensable devices in modern laboratories that ensure the safe and precise cultivation of cells and tissues. They ensure optimal conditions for cell growth and reproduction and make a decisive contribution to the success of scientific research.
