High-precision dew point measurements
Vaisala dew point meters are suitable for accurate and stable monitoring of dry conditions in a wide range of applications from -80 to +100 °C Td. Vaisala's product range includes transmitters for demanding industrial applications, compact devices for installation in dryers and portable meters for sample measurement. Portable sampling systems are also available.

The DMP5 was developed for direct measurement in hot and dry processes. The long and robust steel probe and an optional installation flange facilitate installation, e.g. in ovens through the insulation and with variable installation depth.- Humidity measurements at temperatures up to +180 °C

The DMP7 dew point and temperature probe was developed for applications with low humidity. Due to its short special length, it can be installed in confined spaces. The DMP8 dew point and temperature probe was developed for industrial applications with low humidity. The sensor is insensitive to particle contamination, condensation, oil vapor and most chemicals. Typical applications of our dew point probes in the industrial sector
Vaisala DRYCAP dew point probes measure the dew point in industrial environments where the humidity in the gas is usually very low. The dew point is a crucial indicator here: if it is not adequately monitored, this can lead to production downtime, machine damage and reduced product quality. The dew point is measured in a variety of drying and heat treatment processes, for example in plastic drying, in baking ovens or in food drying. Humidity control also plays an important role in compressed air systems, as excessive moisture content can lead to quality defects, icing or corrosion. Other important areas of application include medical gases, dry production environments for lithium batteries and gas-insulated high-voltage systems in energy supply.
