Climate chambers with Peltier technology
The Peltier technology in the KKP series ensures a stable, quiet and vibration-free climate that compensates for temperature fluctuations and differences and also saves space. The tests, which were carried out at a temperature close to the ambient temperature, show the impressive cost-effectiveness of the heating and cooling concept with Peltier, thanks to which climate chambers do not require any refrigerant and are therefore virtually maintenance-free.
As the efficiency of Peltier devices is significantly better under certain conditions than that of climate chambers with refrigerant-dependent cooling systems, the KKP 240 and KKP 750 chambers make a significant contribution to improving the climate balance.

Humidification with a steam generator
The KKP constant climate chambers with steam humidifier have an extended temperature and humidity range and can be used for testing electronics, plastics or building materials. As they do not emit ultrasound, the appliances are suitable for breeding insects (e.g. Drosophila melanogaster).
The steam humidifier in the KKP models is an energy-saving solution based on an aluminum heating block and a peristaltic pump controlled by a stepper motor. This humidifier has a very fast heat-up time and enables the dosing of precisely measured quantities of water. Operation in ECO mode (the block only heats up when it detects the need for humidity dosing in the chamber) saves energy.
How does the Peltier cooling/heating system work?
LABDESK software
The LabDesk application is compatible with the Smart and Smart PRO control units. The application was created for demanding customers to facilitate remote control and monitoring of devices manufactured by POL-EKO.
The application has the following functions:

- Downloading statistics about the running program from the devices
- Import of data/events registered in the devices
