High-precision environmental simulation for plant research
Plant growth chambers create the exact environmental conditions for optimal and healthy growth. Our plant growth chambers are the perfect solution for botanical and agricultural applications such as plant pathology, plant tissue studies, seed germination studies and plant genetic research, as well as for pharmaceutical development of medical plants. With the help of our chambers, you can simulate extremely realistic conditions for your investigations and obtain highly accurate and reliable research results. This is made possible by the precise simulation of daylight and the control of the 24-hour day and night cycle. If required, the CO2 concentration within the growth chambers can also be controlled.
Reproducible conditions - 24/7 365 days a year
The internal lights are uniformly placed to produce uniform and balanced light, while the sophisticated controls set precise humidity and temperature levels. Maintaining a specific climate over an extended period of time, the simulation units provide reproducible results and are easy to clean. Available in single or multi-level shelf options, plant growth chambers accommodate any size and quantity of plants needed in botanical or agricultural research. Kambic plant growth chambers provide precise environmental conditions for the growth of vibrant, healthy plants.
Maximum reproducibility of simulations is ensured by Kambic's usual homogeneous temperature and humidity distribution and stability.

Accurate regulation of the 24 hour day and night cycle
With the SPS-based control, you can easily configure up to five day phases and five night phases. Additional software for PC is available.
Example:
Phase 1 (day) : 07:00 to 10:00 o'clock, T = 15 °C, rH = 70 %, light intensity 1
Phase 2 (day) : 10.00 to 18.00 o'clock, T = 30 °C, rH = 80 %, light intensity 3
Phase 3 (day) : 18.00 to 21.00 o'clock, T = 23 °C, rH = 75 %, light intensity 2
...
Phase 6 (night): 21:00 to 01.00 o'clock, T = 20 °C, rH = 70 %, lighting off
Phase 7 (night): 01:00 to 05:00 o'clock, T = 18 °C, rH = 73 %, lighting off
Phase 8 (night): 05:00 to 07:00 o'clock, T = 19 °C, rH = 75 %, lighting off


The lamp assemblies are precisely arranged to provide a uniform, balanced light spectrum across the entire sample.
Excellent performance - individual configurable
Each model of our plant growth chambers creates environmental conditions with extraordinary temperature and humidity uniformity and features perfect tightness, highly efficient thermal insulation as well as a powerful cooling system. With our wide range of options and accessories, you can customize the chamber even more specifically to your requirements.
Some common options are: Placement of lighting on the bottom of shelves or on doors and back panel, CO2 control, size of access ports, LED illumination, water cooling, and more.
