Sophisticated development for reliable refrigerated storage
Maximum protection
Both the internal stainless steel chamber (AISI 304) and the elaborate external epoxy powder coating guarantee maximum corrosion protection and a long service life for the Ultra freezers.
Optimized internal volume
All UTT freezers are equipped with a height-adjustable shelving system that enables maximum use of the interior space and appropriate positioning of the storage shelves and cryogenic containers.
Uniform cooling with reduced ice formation
Internal doors with variable configuration (between 3 and 5) and new concepts of the pressure equalization valve reduce ice formation to a minimum. The insulation efficiency of the door is also ensured by a system of flat hinges that improve the functionality of the seals.
Consistent access control
Sample security is increased by BIOGUARD, an optional system that guarantees complete access control. The door is electronically locked so that it can only be opened with authorized cards with full traceability.
Efficient operation
We have set ourselves the goal of being "environmentally friendly", which is why all our products use HCFC-free refrigerants. The construction and cooling system are designed to minimize noise levels. When UTT freezers are installed in laboratories or hospitals, they do not disturb the staff working there
Contamination-reduced interior
The washable and reusable air filter is easily accessible at the bottom front of the UTT freezer. Rounded edges in the inner chamber make cleaning easy.

More security for your samples
Continuous wear monitoring of key components: as soon as the preset wear threshold is reached, an alarm prompts replacement, reducing the risk of equipment downtime.
The internal temperature is constantly monitored and a warning is triggered when it reaches the safety threshold. The device has a backup battery, with regular tests, charge status and replacement alarm. In the event of a power failure, the battery can maintain operation autonomously for 30 hours.
In the event of a power failure or mechanical failure, the back-up C02 or LN2 system (optional) guarantees the safety of the samples for approx. 24 hours. If the door is opened for a longer period of time, the CO2 or LN2 backup system starts to restore the temperature immediately thanks to the intelligent monitoring of the electronic system.

Learn more about inverter technology
Inverter technology is extremely energy-efficient compared to conventional fixed-speed systems. This is because the inverter can control and adjust the operating speed in relation to the required temperature. To avoid constant starting and stopping, inverter technology keeps the compressor running constantly and varies its output according to the programmed temperature.
An inverter unit increases the speed to reach the selected temperature and reduces the speed once this temperature is reached to keep it constant with minimal energy consumption.
Unlike a fixed-speed system that starts and stops repeatedly, the inverter system dynamically varies the compressor's revolutions to reach the desired temperature, significantly reducing energy consumption.
