Which shock indicator do I need?
Our shock indicators are available in five different versions with different sensitivities for G-forces.
These are identified by different colors:
- Green = 100 G
- Orange = 75 G
- Red = 50 G
- Purple = 37 G
- Yellow = 25 G
To choose the right shock indicator for your application, two pieces of information are required: The size of your package (m³) and the weight (kg).
The selection guide should serve as an initial orientation.
Select the required G-value according to the volume and weight of the goods:
Recommendations for placing the shock indicators
Rule of thumb
- Always place labels on the right-hand side of the consignment.
- The heavier the consignment, the lower you should place the label

Place the shock indicator 30 to 60 cm from the bottom of the box and repeat the process on the opposite side so that the two indicators are diagonal to each other.

For small shipments
Place the shock indicator in the top right-hand corner of the parcel
For large cons ignments

Shock indicator 75 G (orange) and shock indicator 100 G (green)
Place the shock indicator in the top right-hand corner of the box.

3. place the shock indicator on the sticker with the warning label
Accessories for shock indicators
Warning label (included free of charge)
A warning label that is attached directly to the parcel to inform the carrier and recipient that the shipment is being monitored by an indicator.
