What is the "Customers recruit customers" program?
Aspart of our program, you will receive1 credit for your SenseAnywhere system for each data logger purchased by your business partner.This credit covers one year of use of the cloud platform including all functions such as remote alerting via SMS and e-mail per data logger.
How does the SenseAnywhere system work?
"SenseAnywhere relies on wireless data loggers that send their data to an access point. This in turn transmits the data to our cloud. One credit per data logger is required annually for the operation of the cloud solution, remote alerts and further development of the software.
How can you take part?
Inform business partners and other companies about our "SenseAnywhere" monitoring solution. The interested company simply needs to provide the name of the referring existing customer (your company) as a reference when making an inquiry via contact form, e-mail, telephone or when placing an order in the online store. You will then receive one credit for each new data logger ordered.

What is the maximum number of credits that can be credited?
There is no upper limit. For each data logger that a referred company purchases through your recommendation, you as the referring customer will receive one credit.
Is there a limit to the number of customers I can refer?
No, there is no limit.
How long are the credits valid for?
The credits are valid indefinitely and can be redeemed at any time to use the cloud platform and its functions.
Can I exchange my credits for money?
No, the credits are exclusively for the use of the SenseAnywhere cloud platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Are there any regional restrictions for the program?
Our refer-a-customer program is only valid in Germany.
How is it verified that a new customer has come through my referral?
In order for your recommendation to be traceable, it is essential that a prospective or new customer refers to your reference when making an inquiry or placing an order. The company name is sufficient for this.
Will I be informed when my referred new customer has completed an order?
Yes, we will inform you promptly by e-mail and confirm that the credits have been credited. In this notification you will also receive all relevant details of the transaction and instructions on how to use your collected credits within the SenseAnywhere platform.
