Identifying an ST100 probe?
The ST100 probe is distinguished from other LogTag® remote temperature probe types by the blue sleeve blue body at the plug end of the probe cable.
The LogTag® ST100 sensor series is suitable for the following LogTag® data loggers: TREX-8, TRED30-16R, UTRED-16, UTRED30-16, UTRED30-WiFi
The following LogTag® ST100 probes are available:

Stainless probe Ø 5 mm - with short tipped probe, 22 mm
The short tipped probe incorporates a 22 mm exposed length of stainless probe (316) without handle, but with small over mold to improve resistance to moisture and provide cable strain relief.
All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable.
Supplied standard with cable terminated to MCX plug.

External sensor extension cable
The STX-50 is a 5 meter (~16’ 5”) extension cable for extending ST10 or ST100 external temperature sensors.
The socket end of the cable (which accepts the ST100 or ST10 sensor plug) is fitted with a flexible sleeve that when the ST sensor’s plug is in place will protect the mated connection to IP61.

Only probes of the respective series may be used with the corresponding LogTag® data loggers; and using any other probe type is likely to cause an error in readings.
Note: LogTag® ST10 and ST100 probe series are designed and calibrated for interchangeability with LogTag data loggers to the standard rated accuracy of the product. If a specific combination of datalogger an ST10/ST100 probe is calibrated to a higher level of accuracy (as is possible) then care should be taken to always use the same combination for measurements or the higher accuracy cannot be guaranteed. In this case the accuracy is not transferable to other data loggers or ST100/ST10.
