DataTrace sterilization loggers provide highly accurate and traceable temperature, humidity and pressure data to help you optimize your manufacturing processes, whether in microbiology, pharmaceutical, food or other industries.
From cooling, freezing or room monitoring to pasteurization, sterilization with ethylene oxide and depyrogenation - the numerous models of DataTrace process loggers facilitate process monitoring. Accurate monitoring of production processes (temperature mapping) requires the sensors to be used close to the product. The extremely compact DataTrace MPIII temperature data loggers have a diameter of just 18 mm and are only 20 mm long. They can easily be used in most applications and provide data with unsurpassed precision and accuracy.

All DataTrace products are self-contained, high-precision stainless steel data loggers which are used in critical manufacturing and quality assurance processes, e.g. in pharmaceutical processing and food processing. They measure temperature, humidity and pressure in a manufacturing process or in the product itself.
Two different product ranges are available: Micropack III (MPIII) data loggers are programmed by the user using a PC and DataTrace Pro (DT Pro) software to record measurement data and then attached to the product or process to be monitored. Once the measurement process is complete, the data loggers are removed and the data transferred to the PC. Micropack radio data loggers (MPRF) can be used in the same way, but also offer the option of sending data to the PC in real time via radio while recording, even if the logger is in a closed chamber such as an autoclave.
Despite the large number of data loggers available on the market today, there is hardly a comparable product that can offer the same features as the DataTrace and is also "intrinsically safe (explosion protection)" and can be used in elevated temperatures.
The calibration of the DataTrace product series is also outstanding. Every DataTrace logger is supplied with an accredited calibration as standard.

DataTrace MPRF pressure radio data loggers (tracers) record detailed information - 8,000 measuring points, 4,000 each for pressure and temperature. They measure pressure values up to 5 bar at temperatures from +25 °C to +140 °C and transmit radio data reliably, even from inside autoclaves. Several MPRF loggers can be synchronized, allowing precisely coordinated comparison data.
