Shock monitoring for safe transportation!
MSR data logger for reliable records
Safe transportation of sensitive cargo is crucial to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction. With our advanced shock data loggers, you can monitor the entire transportation process and identify potential risks before damage occurs. By using our shock data loggers, you can not only minimize damage to sensitive cargo, but also prove transport damage for insurance claims and improve your transport processes. Our advanced sensor technology captures precise shock data that can be analyzed and visualized in our user-friendly software.
Advantages of our shock data loggers
With our shock data loggers for transportation, we offer you numerous benefits to protect your sensitive cargo and improve the efficiency of your transportation processes. Here are some of the key benefits:
Early detection of potential damage
By continuously monitoring shocks during transportation, you can detect potential damage at an early stage. By responding to shock events in good time, you can take appropriate action to minimize damage to your sensitive cargo.
Proof of transport damage for insurance claims
In the event of transport damage, the detailed records of the shock data loggers provide clear proof that the damage occurred during transportation. This facilitates the processing of insurance claims and can lead to faster claims settlement.
Optimization of transport processes
Analyzing the shock data from the data loggers enables you to identify and eliminate potential weak points in your transport processes. You can optimize your transport process by taking appropriate packaging and safety measures to minimize the impact of shocks on your freight.
Increased customer satisfaction
By using shock data loggers, you can ensure that your customers receive intact deliveries. This helps to increase customer satisfaction and builds trust in your company. Customers will appreciate the reliability and quality of your deliveries.
Improved protection of sensitive goods
Shock data loggers help you to better protect sensitive goods during transportation. By accurately monitoring shocks, you can take appropriate action to ensure your cargo arrives at its destination undamaged. This is particularly important in industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics and technology, food and beverage, art and sensitive goods.
Timely alerting
Shock data loggers often offer the ability to receive alerts and notifications when certain thresholds are exceeded. This allows you to take immediate action to respond to shock events and minimize potential damage.

How does the measurement of shocks work?
Shocks are measured using special sensors that are integrated into the shock data loggers. These sensors record the acceleration values that occur during a shock. The measurement is based on the principle of acceleration measurement, in which the change in the speed of an object is measured over time. The sensors in the shock data loggers are usually high-precision acceleration sensors that are able to detect rapid changes in movement. They can measure both linear acceleration (in one direction) and the resulting total acceleration (in all three spatial directions).
During transportation, the data loggers continuously record the acceleration values. In the event of a shock, such as an impact or abrupt movement, a rapid and significant change in acceleration is detected and recorded. The data loggers can have individually defined threshold values for shocks. If the measured acceleration exceeds such a threshold value, this is recognized and registered as a shock event.More information on the basics of acceleration measurement with data loggers
